All debris, grass, roots, etc. to be removed from forming area to insure a solid base for new concrete. Low areas to be filled up to proper grade with #2 minus crushed rock or equivalent. All forms constructed to have the proper drainage (approx. 1/4″ per foot).
Concrete mix to be 6 bags of cement per cu. yd. with air entrainment. Test strength in excess of 5,000 lbs. Concrete thickness to be a min. of 8″ at any given point. Steel rebar to be placed where needed.
Concrete mix to be 6 bags of cement per cu. yd. with air entrainment. Concrete thickness to be a full 4″. Fiber expansion joints to be placed at abutments or any other necessary areas. Expansion to have a 3-1/2″ depth. Contraction joints will be placed every 4′ and have a 1″ depth. Steel rebar to run the length of the entire sidewalk.
Concrete mix to be 6 bags per cu. yd. with air entrainment. Test strength in excess of 5,000 lbs. Concrete thickness to be a full 4″ (5″ thickness also available). Fiber expansion joints to be placed at abutments and at regular intervals through driveway depending on size. Entire placement area to have steel rebar reinforcement.
After installing new sidewalk or patio, we can change the color of adjoining steps to look like new.
